Your Role

 

We are looking for a Senor Client Success Specialist, ideally with experience in Cooperative Extension and Higher Education with the Program Engagement and Reporting System (PEARS). This position will be focused on partnering with clients to “onboard” them into PEARS and maintain strong ongoing relationships. 

 

PEARS is used daily by clients across the country. As more institutions use PEARS, we’re looking for a team member who knows our clients’ world well enough to assist organizations in rolling out PEARS. This involves training, coordination, and consultation. 

 

Top candidates are those who are quick learners, especially with software, enjoy galvanizing others into action, discerning the best way to implement a system in an organization, and excel at teaching and training others. We also highly value candidates who have exceptionally professional and friendly communication skills. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Become a PEARS expert
  • Plan and implement new client onboardings
  • Provide product training – primarily web-based with occasional on-site
  • Meet with clients regularly for consultation and to ensure PEARS is meeting their needs
  • Attend 1-2 conferences a year to connect with clients
  • Create documentation and resources to help with PEARS adoption/implementation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience learning & mastering software applications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cooperative Extension preferred
  • Working knowledge of PEARS preferred
  • Experience teaching or training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate technical information with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
